His situation could have been better if these reports were from a malaysian institution not from your own country, since he is not even allowed to leave the country and enter again without a check out memo indicating that the reason for getting back to own country was for medical reasons. Hi asking for a friend here who submitted his documents for visa renewal to emgs. His academic records are are very good (3.0 cgpa) but his attendance has been short in few semesters. My university wrote supporting letter for him mentioning that it was because of medical reason that he had low attendance. The process is stuck on 20% and emgs have…[Read more]

Just send what it proves that he was having medical issues such as his medical prescription. Or it will be better if he had his medical reports at that time, and send them to your university so they could process it for renewal.

The institution is required to submit the medical documents to support the application. We are unable to confirm if the application will be approved or rejected as the decision is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Kindly note that attendance is one of the key requirements for Student Pass renewal applications.
