Just send what it proves that he was having medical issues such as his medical prescription. Or it will be better if he had his medical reports at that time, and send them to your university so they could process it for renewal.
Thankyou for the response. He does have some medical certificates and a letter from the doctor starting the medical reason but not for all the days he was absent so do you think it will be strong enough? Secondly do you think he has a good the chances of approval because he is considering to give medical letter from back home aswell but that will take a few days. So can you please tell if the explanation letter and a few medical certificates will be good enough for renewal. Thanks
His situation could have been better if these reports were from a malaysian institution not from your own country, since he is not even allowed to leave the country and enter again without a check out memo indicating that the reason for getting back to own country was for medical reasons. However, there would be no solution for your case but to get the reports and submit it to your institution so they could inform EMGS about it, better than nothing!. And good luck for you.
Hi,
The institution is required to submit the medical documents to support the application. We are unable to confirm if the application will be approved or rejected as the decision is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Kindly note that attendance is one of the key requirements for Student Pass renewal applications.
