Hi Soad,
The passport can only be submitted after we send a notification to your institution to submit the passport. We will only send the notification after you have passed the medical screening. Kindly note that it takes approximately 4 working days for the medical screening results to be reviewed.

My institution MMU applied for me and it took 9 days in total for the entire process.

The Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
