Student should contact with institutions for fast processing. Sometimes institutions make delay to reply EMGS. So poke frequently to respective authority in your institution.

AssalamuAalaikum
Just to know about the EMGS Hub App. Is there any problem with the app recently? I couldn’t login with my existing account. What should I do? My arrival date is 17th February 2025. Any attention from respective authority will be highly appreciated. Good day.

How long you deposited your passport with emgs or immigration department? Probably my documents was submitted by emgs on 11 October and alhamdulillah I got visa approval today. Alhamdulillah! I got visa approval letter by Malaysia immigration department. It seems now Immigration department of Malaysia is working hard. Previously they took a long term to process visa. Now they are working shortly. Thanks to immigration department of Malaysia and specially Emgs for your consideration. Good day for all.

No need to exist Malaysia. You can process your VAL letter even though you are in tourist some of my friends they are studying private university as I can say they were in visit visa. They got offer letter from chosen institution and applied by emgs. Maybe you will be required for medical screening. Whenever get new VAL you will be able to renew…[Read more]

I have already applied for the student visa but now I’m in my home country. So, I can enter Malaysia now? And stay there till the whole process is completed?

If your visa is valid then maybe it will take 14 working days. Sometimes it’s take time because of internal matters. As a student I also suffer sometimes. Sometime its depends on institutions and emgs. If all documents along with the payment received by the emgs then normally it will take 14 working days.
