You should bring your passport and printed eVal if you want to go to the embassy. If you submit it online, you will get single entry visa after 2 working days and you are allowed to go to malaysia directly.

You should submit your eVal to the nearest embassy of Malaysia or you can submit it online thru eVisa to obtain single entry visa.
