If it’s 70% and it says that you received your eVAL than you can travel to Malaysia now and it will be 100% once you get the student visa after you pass your medical screening.

Just as @mona_6 has said, the status will change to 100% once you have received the student pass. This process will be completed upon your arrival in Malaysia.

Depends If they have home quarantine and should be approved .

Just apply for home quarantine if approved then u can go for it
