Dear officer, my name is Nafisakhon, my passport number is FA0355488, I am a student of ALFA UNIVERSITY COLLEGE(AUC), it’s been 10 days since I submitted my passport, there is no change, I want to inform you that I have to fly on April 8th, please expedite my work Thank you in advance

  Hi, Nafisakhon.
  As per checking, we received your passport on the 1st of April 2024 for the Student Pass endorsement process. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days from the date we receive the passport. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
