From how many days is 50%?

I appiled at 30th August. It came to 50% within 10 days and its still stuck at 50%.

The 50% percentage indicates that your documents were submitted to the Immigration Department for travel approval. We understand your concern. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
