Dear sir/madam,
I’m sorry to bother you.
My name is Nie Shuai and I’m an old student of UM. My passport number is EJ3394978.
On March 21, I submitted my passport to extend my student visa and my EMGS progress reached 80% on March 29. Some of my documents were not submitted by the college, which resulted in no change in my visa progress for a month. Yesterday, I have communicated with the staff of the visa unit of the UM and proved that there is no problem with my current documents.
Please deal with my renewal as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

  Kindly be informed that the Immigration are in the midst of processing the student pass. Kindly allow Immigration some time to process the student pass. Rest assured, we will notify the institution once the passport is ready for correction.
