hi don’t travel before u get Val. I did and they asked me to provide exit stamp so I’m back at my home country depressed and hoping that I get VAL asap, while my classes are ongoing right now 😭

Just contact to emgs phone number they will follow up your problem to immigration malaysia if your application already above 7 working days in immigration

The 7 working days does not include public holidays and weekends. Kindly note that there were public holidays in Malaysia during this period. Applicants are also not encouraged to purchase flight tickets prior to the issuance of the VAL by the Immigration Department.
