      Apply for an SEV. When you receive the SEV, book a ticket to Malaysia and send a copy of the ticket to your academic counselor at least one week prior to your flight. Bring the SEV and VAL for immigration in Malaysia.

    What is the validity of VAL? If I want to postpone my study to next semester, will VAL be valid or need to reapply?

      The validity of Val is 6 month from the day it is issued. When was it issued.
