We received the notification that the VAL is approved but the process is still showing 38% . What does that mean

Wait 3 or 2 days then your VAL letter will be ready to download.. then take it with your original passport, 2 photos, and Offer letter to Malaysian Embassy to get VDR visa

Good morning team
I have a question on timelines.
My son’s submission was done on 8th of February 2018. We are only at 35% today and class begins next week Monday.
Please advise if we can have the processing expedited.
