My latest student visa will expire on July 10, 2024, and I need to renew it now. And my passport will expire in 15 months, which is July 19, 2025, less than 18 months.   Kindly be informed that it is recommended for the passport validity duration is 12 months and above upon applying for the renewal of student visa.

Dear Emgs,
My student latest visa will expire in July 2024, and I expect to graduate half a year later in July 2024, which is January 2025. But I have a issue that my passport vailid for 15 months til July 19, 2025, left less than 18 months. May I ask that if I just need to extent my student visa to January 2025, can apply without changing a new passport?
