Dear Sir/Madam,
Recently, I changed my phone, and when I logged into EMGS on my new device to view my student card and insurance card, I received a message stating that my student details have already been verified on another device. Could you please advise me on how I can access my student card and insurance card on the new device?

Hi Shi Jinren,
We acknowledge the issue. However, we require your details in order to reset the Digital ID on the mobile app. Kindly provide us with your passport number and nationality to proceed accordingly.
