Hello officer. My name is Yang Shengnan, My passport number is EB1898200, My student visa progress is already at 97%. It’s been five days and there is still no update, can you tell me what’s the problem? I am eagerly looking forward to returning to China as soon as possible, I hope you can help me, thank you very much!

  Please be informed that your passport with the student pass is ready for collection since 12th June 2023. However, your Institution is required to submit an additional payment for the changes on the insurance plan before collecting your passport. As such, kindly liaise with your Institution for further assistance on this matter.
