Dear emgs team,
Good day may i know why my process is stop on 15% its green my university submitted all required documents but still it is stuck on 15% may i know when it start processing again?

  Kindly be informed that your application is pending for the submission the additional document from the institution. Kindly liaise with the institution and request them to submit at EMGS in order for us to resume the process.

Dear Emgs team good day,
My institute has already submitted all the required documents to EMGS. However, the status has now turned yellow. 2 times, may i know what is the issue?
Now still i see in action required we again submitted documents, but still yellow? 15%

  According to our records, we opened an issue and requested both the attendance report and academic results from the institution. Previously, we only received the attendance report.
