Same but how do you proceed next to get the Single Entry Visa because airline ticketing agencies need the actual documentation and not app-based VAL approval right?

  Wait 1-3 working day to download the VAL. Then take that VAL as well as other documents to your country’s Malaysia embassy for consultation to apply SEV

How do you get an eVAL?

  When your application is successful, you will get a notice that VAL has been approved by the Immigration. Then after a day or two you can download the eVAL from the application tracker on the website
