It’s been 4 working days since 20th January ( I have submitted the additional documents ) it’s stuck in 15 percent till now . Can u please let me know approximately when it will have a change from 15 percent as my class starts 4th February . Thank you for your time and help

Foreign students may self-apply for SEV using the eVISA facility provided via https://www.windowmalaysia.my or apply for it at the Malaysian Embassy or Consulate in your country. It is advisable to book an appointment with them directly for this process.
