Contact your institution for next steps and planning ing your trip. Depending on which country you’re from you may need to apply for Single Entry Visa. You can download the e-val and e-vdr from a computer. You can’t do it by phone. Hope this helps!

Kindly refer to https://visa.educationmalaysia.gov.my/emgs/application/searchForm/, followed by keying in your passport number and selecting your nationality. This will enable you to download your e-Val. please ensure to liaise with your institution with regards to your arrival.

Your documents was submitted to the Immigration Department for VAL approval on the 14th of February 2020.
The process will normally take approximately 7-10 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

We received the amendment request on the 4th of February. We will review the request and upon approval, we will proceed to amend the passport details. If there are no additional documents required, we will process the application further.

My advise is that you ask for APU to give you another letter for the next intake… Unless your son can convert the work of 2 weeks, which won’t be easy specifically if he’s in a degree program….
If you tell APU that your son won’t he able to make it on time they’ll automatically put him in the next intake…
