Dear EMGS Team,
I hope you are doing well.
I am writing to kindly follow up on my student pass application, which has been stuck at 35% for quite some time without any progress.
I am concerned that this delay may affect my studies and registration at City University Malaysia. I would be very grateful if you could check the current status of my application and let me know if any additional documents or actions are required from my side.
I kindly request your assistance in processing my application as soon as possible.
Thank you very much for your time and support. I look forward to your response.
Best regards,

  Hi Shahzoda Toirova,

Based on our records, your documents were submitted to the Immigration Department for VAL approval on September 21, 2026. The typical VAL process takes 7 to 10 working days, and final approval rests solely with the Immigration Department. Rest assured, we are actively monitoring this application and will provide updates through the EMGS website.

  Have a good day.
