I am writing to kindly ask for an update regarding my Student Pass application. My application status has been stuck at 32% for some time, and I am very concerned about the delay.
I was originally planning to travel to Malaysia on 6 September, but because my Student Pass was not approved in time, I had to reschedule my flight to 16 September. I am now supposed to travel very soon, but I still have not received my approval.
I am worried that this delay may affect my studies and cause me to miss more classes at my university. I would be extremely grateful if you could kindly check my application and, if possible, expedite the processing.
