Hallo emgs.
Ive submitted my renewal visa application 2 weeks ago but it’s stuck in 0%. Latter I found out that the insurance only cover 11 months instead of 12 months. I didn’t get informed about it. And I’ve just submitted the new requested bank cheque, can I get priority pass so my renewal visa could be quick because I need to go back to my country asap. My passport no. B3192927. Thx.

  Your application is currently on hold as we are yet to receive the payment for the application. Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they submit the proof of payment. This will enable us to initiate the processing of your application.
