I have been applied val amendment application.Immigration Department holds my application for the reason that my old passport personal Id & new passport personal id isn”t same.
I have been explained to my institution that 1st personal number is my birth certificate number when I never get of my NID(IC) & 2nd personal number is my NID(IC).

I submitted the documents on 30\01 and it still stuck in 15% for more then 20 days, my class has started on 25/02 and i don’t know what to do !

I was called alreday emgs & institution.They replied me that they still didn’t get resean from imegration Malaysia

As long as you didn’t finish your diploma, you will be rejected automatically, because there is no progression in your studies, and they need a completion letter from your previous school.

Why was taken my application by EMGS.They have to noticed to my instructions.

Your job is to get all necessary document available upon request by EMGS. Your new institution that issued you an offer letter should have advised you much better about release/completion letter from your previous school
