So i should count from 27 March correct? or 31 March? if 14 days its going to take, whats the expectation date?

My passport was submitted to EMGS on 27 March. On 31 March my passport was received from Immigration and now its st 90%. How much time will take to receive my passport?

  Please be informed that the Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days from the date we submit the receive the passport. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
