Dear EMGS office,
I would like to inquire about the renewal of my student visa. My name is Zhang Shan and passport number is EK1455403. EMGS requested my institution to provide some additional materials a few days ago. The day before yesterday, I checked the progress and saw that the institution submitted the document on January 2nd，but I cannot find any records for January 2nd today. However, my progress has been stuck at 55 for almost 20 days, and my student visa will expire on January 9th, I want to know if I am still in the stage of reviewing documents or if the progress will change soon. What can I do to speed up the processing process? Thank you.
