Dear EMGS TEAM
I’m writing to inquire about my E Val processing, upon contacting the institution, I was confirmed by the institution that they have paid the EMGS my Eval processing fee but it still remains at 5% indicating pending payment by institution. My passport no. is B04529244

  Your application is currently marked as “Documents received (Pending payment).” It appears that the institution needs to submit proof of payment for your application to proceed. We recommend that you contact your institution to ensure that they have submitted the necessary proof of payment to EMGS.
