I am planning to enter Malaysia, but I can’t stay for 14 days , so do you suggest me to show the SEV or I enter as a tourist and when I am sure if I am going to stay more than 14 days I enter on my SEV View

After my arrival I have to leave the country as it is emergency, what is the solution? If passport submitted to the institution, I can’t have my passport for 2-3 weeks, is it possible after I get my SEV, I enter Malaysia on a tourist visa on arrival as I am an Indian passport and then after few days I exit Malaysia and then when I know I have more…[Read more]

The SEV is so you can enter the country. Your institution should then process your student/work visa once you arrive. Once you hand your passport to your institution, they’ll give it to the immigration. After the process, you’ll get your passport back along with a multiple-entry student/work visa.
