      Based on our records, we have yet to receive proof of payment from your institution. As such, kindly request that your institution upload the proof of payment in order for us to resume the application process.

    Dear EMGS, I lost the old phone that had the app installed in it , now when I try to do the digital ID it says this account verified in other phone . What to do to disregard the old phone ?????

      Have you tried the website of emgs? Log in to your account then change the phone number.

      do anyone still use digital id…..? all my international friend did not use it or even registered

    Dear EMGS, please answer me my renewal processing for student pass been started since 2 weeks , it still stuck in 40% what is the problem or this is normal please answer me

    Hi , EMGS i started my student pass renewal 2 weeks ago , and the process percentage stuck in 40% no progress why?????
