If your eval expired then you must start new application process and payment to get new eval and travel.

Education Institutions will no longer have the option to
apply for eVAL extensions. The student must ensure to enter Malaysia within the validity of the VAL.

Ma’am . It does not work that way.
You have to go to the photographer and show him the craculiam from the website and tell h precisely size needed. Do not pay till you get what you want.

I had the same problem. I went to all the professional photographer in my borough it’s the same error messages. I had to send email to EMGS about the situation and copy my university.

Yes ma’am. To sum up ma’am whatever documents, pucture or anything that EMGS asks you plus your deferement letter send it to this email. That precisely what i did الحمدلله
My papers now with immigration.

Send directly to EMGS additional document’s email that i sent. No need to invovle your uni with it

Hello, I’m studying at UM too. You should inform emgs that the offer letter has changed, plus any additional documents you send, make sure to include UM student visa center as cc in the email
