Dear Emgs,

I have a val but I wont be able to travel due to the current circumstances in the middle East, please if the universities can be updated from the immigration office regarding this…
Since IIUM says there wasn’t any update and I wont be able to join this semester as my student status cant be activated online.
note that I am Phd student and planning to continue remote learning.

Moreover can the val be extended incase I intend to study next semester due to my situation?

  Kindly be informed that the eVAL is valid for 6 months. In the event your eVAL has expired, you are required to reapply new application and obtain a new eVAL.
