Hello, once the application is approved by Immigration do you know who provides the E-Val? is it EMGS or our institution?

Both. You can download it from the emgs website after a day or two it will be available for download

no that’s the problem, I have no information at all, I contacted my institution and they told me it’s in progress with Emgs and im not able to reach emgs by phone since this morning.

Since, it was a long weekend holiday due to Chinese New year things will progress really slow. May be u can get some notification by Wednesday

Hello, I am going to UM as well. My application has been at the immigration stage since feb 6th and now they say it’s on hold because they need some documents from EMGS.
