Hello,

I’m Shah, a final semester student at Taylor’s University Malaysia holding passport Number A03396684(Bangladesh).I applied for visa renewal over 50 working days ago but haven’t received my student pass yet. The endorsement process has been with Immigration for over two weeks. I’m concerned about the delay, especially since I have a flight booked for December 8th to return to my home country. Could you please update me on the status and advise on how to resolve this issue?

  We understand your concern. However, your passport is still pending with the Immigration Department for student pass approval. We understand that the process has taken longer than usual. We will look into this matter. Rest assured, we will notify you of the application’s progress via the website.
