But you need to go to ISC first to get forms of medical and for hostel etc and once medical is done with the report then you can do the registration

Sorry but unfortunately it is not possible .
You or you can send someone on behalf with a letter with your signature on the letter ,Stating that this person is granted permission to apply on your behalf etc . Basically a Authorization letter is reauired , Only if you are sending someone on behalf .

Whats your Nationality? Most countries obrain an on-arrival visa at the airport (a tourist visa)

Shahbaaz can I know how much time require for medical and rooms, cuz if it’s at the same day so I can bring by luggages with me tomorrow.
