I also had the same problem. Maybe bcz I was vaccinated outside Malaysia. It didn’t create any problem during my travel and immigration.

Yes for travel no issue. But if I need vaccination certificate for other work… it’s an issue

To download digital certificate is only for malaysian national only not for foreigner you just need to show your own country certificate everywhere

In MySJ app right? I don’t think it is going to be a problem if the Travellers card is shown blue and Digital Certificate is Yellow (in the “Profile” section of the MySejahtera app)

Thanks for response. Yes blue and yellow card showing … but failed to get the certificate and error appeared as stated above

As I understood from previous posts, you inform the university of your address and the university sends it to emgs. There is a specific form on emgs for declaration of accommodation. Hope other colleagues can elaborate.

Same thing happen to me, I contacted the university visa unit, and they gave me the form that I have to fill. Its require 7 days to process and send to EMGS

I don’t think so. People are applying for the visa approval letter and are coming to Malaysia to study. Check first if your country is on the banned list. If it is clear, you need to apply for the visa approval letter and go through the process until you arrive to Malaysia.
