Your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you follow-up with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.

How was not sumbitted to emgs .. i sumitted my passport since 15/11/2019

@shady_8 The passport was submitted directly at the state Immigration Department, not to EMGS. The state Immigration Department will be endorsing your Student Pass.

Hi Shady,
The Student Pass endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. If the process has exceeded this time-frame we advise that you drop an email to enquiry(at)emgs.com.my and request to expedite the process.
