Please be informed that the Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days from the date we received the passport. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Some universities require the approval letter to register for courses, others only accept eval stage (70%)

The EMGS approval letter is issued for the student to enroll in the online classes. Kindly refer to the Institution pertaining to the enrollment requirement.

Hello
My application status is orange and it is mentioned that either me or the institution is required to submit additional documents
If it is me who is required to to send the required additional documents. How can I submit it ? Is it by sending you email or there is option in the EMGS website to submit required additional documents

Now the status of the issue is closed which means the documents are already sent by the institution but it is still orange

In my experience, after the institution sends additional documents and the case is closed, it will automatically green again

You may submit the additional documents to us at additionaldoc(at)emgs.com.my and will assist to update the application. In the event, that the Institution has already submitted the document, you may check the application progress via the EMGS website.

Hello, have you spoke to your university/institution? This is the basic rundown. Hmm that’s odd, my university sent me an email stating that what I need to do and the apps (MySejahtera & EMGS) I needed to download and update. I can send you the arrival info I received.
