I Seyanthi Shavindra Gunaratne holding passport number N8987888 applied to IMU University in Malaysia to study MBBS program. I have already got my EVAL and the relevant documents from the university. When I tried to apply for a single entry visa I constantly receive the attached message saying that an application is already existing with my reference number. I haven’t lodge any applications from my side and it would be really appreciated if you could rectify this error which enables me to go ahead with my single entry visa without any delay. I have booked my flight for the 15th so f February and my course commence on the 23rd of February so it would be appreciated if you could take a look at this matter at your earliest
