My progress for student visa renewal is still stuck at 80% for 2 weeks already. Can you expedite my process since I have upcoming final year internship in Malaysia?

We understand your concern. However, your passport is pending with the Immigration Department for student pass approval. We understand that the proses has taken a longer timeframe than usual. We will look into this matter. Rest assured, we will notify the application progress via the website.
