If its 90% it means your supporting letter is ready to be submitted along with the passport to the immigration office in shah alam, it depends on the immigration office now whether they approve it or reject it.

Preparing for your student pass. Just wait for it, and you could get updated from your instituion.

This notification means that the endorsement of your Student Pass will be done at the state Immigration Department. As such, your institution will submit your passport directly to the state Immigration Department. Kindly contact your institution directly for details on the status of your Student Pass endorsement.

We are unable to confirm that the Student Pass renewal will be approved or rejected, as the decision is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

Nope. Wait until the status changes to your passport has been returned back to uni then uni will contact you to collect your passport and iKad. Not sure how long but maybe 1 or 2 weeks depending on the amount of passports.
