If its 90% it means your supporting letter is ready to be submitted along with the passport to the immigration office in shah alam, it depends on the immigration office now whether they approve it or reject it.

This notification means that the endorsement of your Student Pass will be done at the state Immigration Department. As such, your institution will submit your passport directly to the state Immigration Department. Kindly contact your institution directly for details on the status of your Student Pass endorsement.

Nope. Wait until the status changes to your passport has been returned back to uni then uni will contact you to collect your passport and iKad. Not sure how long but maybe 1 or 2 weeks depending on the amount of passports.

Not yet wait until your passport has been returned to your uni only then u can come collect it.
