i have submitted for visa cancellation for utm i have submitted all the requirements but the problem in waiting because im traveling to my country on 26th of august and i want the release letter from the university to submit it in the new application as soon as possible so can i finish the cancellation as quickly as possible?.

  Hi Seif Hazem,
  Kindly be advised to liaise with the institution (UTM) regarding the cancellation. As per the release letter, it is not a required document at the moment. Rest assured, any updates will be notified accordingly.
