How to apply for a progression application to progress from one university to another university to study different level as am in Malaysia,how to apply for visa application letter and visa and do i need medical test to apply for val

  Please note that the progression application can only be submitted by the institution. Therefore, kindly refer directly to your institution to advise you on the requirements for a progression application.
