Good Evening, My student pass will expire on October, so i need to submit it on july.
But im planning to go to my home country , can i ?

  Hi Sayed,
  
  We can only accept your Student Pass renewal application if it is submitted at least 3 months prior to the expiry of the current pass. If you intend to exit Malaysia without renewing the Student Pass, you are required to liaise with your institution for further assistance.
