My student pass is already issued and I have my passport. My university says that the verification letter has not yet been issued. Please follow up on this.

Hello EMGS officers,
I have received my passport back with the student pass. I now need to open a local student bank account, however I lack the EMGS confirmation letter to do so. How can I go about getting this letter?

  Hi Saurav Sachdeva,
  
  Please be informed that the institution will be able to download the verification letter to open the bank account from EMGS system once the student pass has been issued by Malaysian Immigration Department. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
