I have applied for student visa one year ago but due to pandemic my application is on hold as per new requirement I have submitted the new offer letter and my application is already submitted to the immigration department for VAL. Please note that your institution can obtain the VAL rejection reason and upon obtaining the reason, they can submit an appeal. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

I hope you are doing very well but We are in the verge of banning again due to second wave of Covid-19 which may cost one more year and your officials are doing nothing except copy pasting the previous diologs.

I would like to enquire about the reason for the delay in processing my visa approval letter. Can you tell me what old applicants have done wrong. We have lost one year due to covid-19. Now after one year still our patience is tested by the immigration department.
