      Kindly clear the app cache, uninstall, and reinstall the app. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the EMGS mobile app. If the issue persists, we request that you drop us an email at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my with a screenshot or screen recording of the error, along with your details.
