If you created the application via the EMGS website, you can submit the documents to additionaldoc(at)emgs.com.my. However, if the application was created by the institute you are required to forward the documents to the institute.
Yes I have created my application via UPM. And all the documents were uploaded on their portal. But I can also share to EMGS to complete my visa process as soon as possible.
