For opening a bank account requires your institutions verification letter after you have received your multiple sticker. You can formally apply from your institutions international division. No need emgs verification letter.

Kindly be informed that the institution will be able to download the verification letter from the EMGS system once the student pass has been issued by the Malaysian Immigration Department. As such, kindly refer to the instution for further assistance regarding this matter.

Please be advised that currently, EMGS is awaiting the submission of your passport from the institute in order for us to initiate the student visa issuance. As such, kindly liaise with your institute and request them to submit the passport at the earliest possible to avoid delay in the processing.

If you created the application via the EMGS website, you can submit the documents to additionaldoc(at)emgs.com.my. However, if the application was created by the institute you are required to forward the documents to the institute.
