Hi my name is Ravi Sarath and my passport number is W3628309 it’s been 14 days no updation. Is there any issues?

  Please be informed that the Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days from the date we submit the Passport to the Immigration Department. However the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. Rest assured, any update we will notify the institution accordingly.

Hi my name is Sarath Ravi from India my passport number is W3628309 I got last notification saying emgs submitted my application to the immigration but no updates afterwards. Application showing 90% and it’s more than 14 days may I know when will get my passport?

  Hi Sarath Ravi,
  
  Kindly be informed that your passport has been submitted to the Immigration Department for Student Pass sticker endorsement. The issuance of a Student Pass will take approximately 14 working days from the day we receive the passport. Based on our records, we received your passport on the 26th October 2023.
