Hello I am Sapnil, I have completed my Diploma in Business Administrations from Mahsa University and applied for Bachelor in Business Administrations, the EMGS tracking system is showing 15 percent and its yellow, I have submitted all the documents then why is it still showing yellow and why is the process still stuck? My passport number is BN0785599
