Dear emgs
Please do something and provide an update for those student who are outside Malaysia and could not make it back and their pass is expiring during mco. The institute is asking me to seek help from emgs and the instructions are not clear at all

  Hi Sanaul,
  
  Passports for students whoses passes expired during the MCO can only be submitted on the 1st of April, subject to the approval by the Immigration Department. Since you are outside of Malaysia and your pass expires during the MCO it is advisable that you refer to your institution.
